As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at StellarFi, I led the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and engagement.
STRATEGY:
I built StellarFi’s social media presence from the ground up, focusing on community-driven content that resonated with both current and potential members. To foster a sense of authenticity, I prioritized member-centered content featuring real people instead of relying on stock imagery. I directed the creation of "man on the street" content, Instagram Lives with influencers, and member testimonials, all designed to strengthen community ties and increase engagement.
By staying on top of emerging social trends, I implemented strategies that aligned with StellarFi’s brand goals and audience interests. I also developed a Social Listening and Response SLA, ensuring that our community’s needs were met promptly, with a clear focus on building trust through genuine interactions. Leading a social media team, I streamlined workflows and ensured all content was aligned with our overarching goals, optimizing productivity and creativity.
RESULT:
This approach led to a vibrant and highly engaged social media community, significantly enhancing brand awareness and driving organic growth. Through strategic use of trending content styles, I achieved a 4x increase in organic acquisition efforts. Rigorous testing of platform strategies and content formats resulted in a 30% click-to-registration rate, while organic engagement across all social profiles improved from 3% to 6%.
Our "man on the street" content became one of the most successful formats, driving higher impressions and engagement on TikTok and Instagram. In addition, the streamlined processes I implemented boosted team efficiency, allowing us to consistently produce high-quality, on-brand content that resonated deeply with our audience.

Each creator was selected based on a strategy I developed, ensuring they not only had reach but also an audience that was highly engaged and likely to take action. I estimated the expected ROI by analyzing costs, impressions, and potential engagement, negotiating contracts that were beneficial for both the brand and the influencers. I then collaborated with each creator to craft tailored messaging that directly addressed our ideal member’s pain points, ensuring the content resonated deeply with the audience.
RESULT:
Through strategic planning and execution, this influencer marketing campaign led to increased brand visibility and engagement. The partnerships drove measurable growth in community sign-ups and conversions, validating the power of influencer collaboration when aligned with audience needs. The scripts, in particular, played a pivotal role in highlighting our value proposition, resulting in positive feedback from both creators and their followers. The campaign's success was evident in its ROI, as the impressions and engagement exceeded initial expectations.
